Q) Will I need ID?
A) If you are fortunate enough to look under 21 then you will need ID 

Q) What ID is acceptable?
A) A Driving licence or a Passport (The photo must resemble how you look now)

Q) What’s the dress code?
A) Wear what you like

Q) Are there any cash machines on site?
A) Yes

Q) Can I pay on the door?
A) Yes, unless we announce otherwise (Booking your ticket beforehand is highly recommended for this event) 

Q) Is there a cloakroom?
A) Yes 

Q) Is there somewhere to eat?
A) Yes, fast food and snacks are available on site 

Q) What time does it start / finish?

▪Main event 9pm - 4am 
▪Afterparty 4am - 6am 
▪VIP ticket holders 8:30pm - 6am 

Q) What does VIP get me?
A) VIP ticket holders get queue jump, exclusive bar area & early entry

Q) Will the bars be tokens again this year?
A) Yes

Q) Are we allowed to leave & return?
A) If it is absolutely necessary then a pass out can be issued 

TICKETS

Q) I haven’t received a confirmation email regarding my tickets?
A. First check your junk mail folder then email Skiddle.com or you can call them direct during office hours Monday to Friday on 08432 893333

Q) I’ve bought an online (e ticket) from someone else, will I need to change the name over? 
A. Yes, the original ticket holder must first verify this by calling Skiddle.comon 08432 893333 Once you confirm a name change you will receive a new barcode that is unique to you avoiding the purchase of duplicated tickets. Plus if for any reason your ticket doesn’t scan on the day then you can access your own online account via Skiddle to verify it. We won't allow entry with unverified tickets that don’t scan on the day 

UPON ARRIVAL

In order to get you all in as quickly as possible please adhere to the following 

▪Have your tickets out of your pockets / bags, unfolded and ready to be scanned
▪For group bookings everyone will need their own ticket unless you are all arriving together 
▪Barcode scanning straight from your phone or paper printouts are both OK
▪Everyone will be searched on entry 

Glass, Metals, sharps and objects that could be deemed as weapons are prohibited 

Do not purchase tickets from touts outside the venue 

LOST PROPERTY

Any items found will be taken to the security office situated at the venue exit, here you can report lost items and we will do our best to return any. Any items found that are not returned during the event will be left at Bowlers for you to collect 

WELFARE 

This venue has multiple areas and this can often mean losing friends. We advise setting up a meeting point at the start of your night

MEDICAL STAFF 

There is a medical point on site with trained staff to help. If you or your friend feel unwell then please visit them or let any member of our our security team know and they will assist

DISABLED FACILITIES 

All public areas are accessible for disabled customers.

TRAVEL 

M62 / M60 Manchester. Follow signs for the 'Trafford centre' then pick up signs for the 'Bowlers Exhibition Centre'. 
Landmark: The venue is located 1.7 miles from the Trafford centre 

PARKING

Both onsite and nearby street parking is available 

TAXIS 

The venue is situated on an industrial estate so there are no Taxi ranks in the area, please pre order your taxi home 


TRAINS

Manchester, Salford and Eccles are the nearest stations and then it's a five to ten minute taxi ride from all three
