What time does it start & finish?
VIP entry - 8pm - 3am
GENERAL entry – 8:30pm – 3am
Will I need ID?
This is an over 18’s event only. If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25 then you will need ID
What ID is acceptable?
Driving licence or a Passport (Your photo must resemble how you look now)
Do I need to go through the scare entrance?
No, we have an entrance for the not so brave where you can simple bypass the jump scare
Where can I find the artist set times?
Set times will be on our events App. (Search BTID Events on your app store)
Does my entry ticket include the rides?
Unfortunately not, as with all Festivals, the rides will operate on a PAY AS YOU RIDE basis
Is there anywhere to eat?
Yes, hot food and snacks are available
Is there a dress code?
No, wear what you like
Can I pay by card?
Both cash & card is acceptable. Please remember that at busy events the card machines may run slow or not at all. We would recommend also bringing cash just in case
Are the bars cash or tokens?
Bars, Food, rides and stalls take both cash and card payments
Are there any cash machines on site?
No. Please remember to obtain your cash before you enter the Festival
Can I pay on the door?
Every event has a pay on the gate option unless a sell out is announced beforehand
In the case of an event sell out you can sign up at Skiddle.com to be placed on a waiting list for any returned tickets [Search BTID]
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes
Are we allowed to leave & return?
No, sorry. Festival rules apply
(If it's absolutely necessary to leave then a pass out can be requested)
UPON ARRIVAL
This is a busy event so in order to get you all in as quickly as possible please could everyone adhere to the following:
. Have your tickets out of your pockets / bags, unfolded and ready to be scanned
. Group bookings please make sure that everyone has a copy of their ticket unless you are all arriving together
. Both barcode scanning straight from your phone plus paper printouts are both fine
. Everyone will be searched on entry
. Perfume, glass containers, aerosols or anything else that can be deemed as a weapon is not allowed on site
SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please respect those around you and remember that vaping is also smoking and the same rules apply. As with smoking, anyone seen vaping indoors may be removed from the event completely
LOST PROPERTY
Any items found during the event will be taken to the security office situated at the main entrance. Please report any lost items and we will do our best to return them to you. Any items found that are not returned during the event will be left on site for you to collect by arrangement at later date
DISABLED FACILITIES
Most public areas are accessible for disabled customers
WELFARE
This venue has multiple areas and can often mean losing friends. We advise setting up a meeting point at the start of your evening
MEDICAL STAFF
There is a medical point on site with trained staff to offer help. If you or a friend start to feel unwell then please visit the medic centre or let a member of our staff or security team know

The Trafford centre Metrolink is a 20 minute walk to the B.E.C
Salford Crescent station is a 10 minute taxi ride to the B.E.C
Manchester city centre is a 15 minute taxi ride to the B.E.C
TAXIS
We advise that you pre order your own taxi home and arrange a meeting point

QUESTIONS REGARDING TICKETS
I haven’t received a confirmation email regarding my online e-tickets?
First check your junk mail folder and if you don't find it in there then you can email Skiddle.com Or you can call them direct during office hours Monday to Friday on 08432 893333
I’ve bought an online (e-ticket) from someone else, will I need to change the name over?
Yes, the original ticket holder must first verify this by calling Skiddle.com on 08432 893333 Once you confirm a name change you will receive a new barcode that is unique to you, avoiding the purchase of duplicated tickets. Once you have a name change & your ticket doesn’t scan on the day then you can access your own online account via Skiddle to verify it. We can not allow entry with unverified tickets that don’t scan on the day
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Glass, sharps, metals including perfume bottles and all objects that could be deemed as weapons are prohibited
Never purchase tickets from touts operating outside the venue. Tickets are easy to copy, however the barcode will only scan once
Pay on the gate is always available unless we announce otherwise |
