Terms & Conditions

Your purchase of a valid ticket and / or entry into any BTID event constitutes your acceptance of the terms & conditions laid out here. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.

ENTRY
You must be 18 or over to attend the Event
Strictly no illegal substances, sharp objects, glass or anything that may be deemed as a weapon is allowed
You may be subject to a body / bag search at the entrance, throughout the event and / or when leaving. Search refusal will result in the eviction from site
Anyone carrying out illegal activities will be either refused entry, evicted from the site or handed over to the police

TICKETS
Tickets are only valid if purchased from official agents; they must be presented in full and not tampered with
For accidental damaged tickets please refer to your ticket provider
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
BTID Events will not be held accountable for the purchase of second hand, fake, duplicated or invalid tickets

REFUNDS
Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or substantially altered
You must claim any refunds within the time laid out by the promoter
Refunds will not be given to anyone refused entry or evicted for illegal activities

RECORDING
No unauthorised filming or sound recording is allowed
Any unauthorised filming or sound recordings on site may be confiscated and / or deleted
All recordings taken onsite remain the sole property of BTID Events
Photographs may be taken for personal non commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use then permission via a valid license may be issued by BTID Events
By entering any BTID event you give permission to be filmed and photographed as part of the audience with use of your name, voice and likeness to be used without fee for any and all media worldwide. Recordings may also be used to help the security and Police in the prevention of crime

HAZARDS
Areas of entry particularly the scare maze are dark with uneven walkways. Do not run, actors can be scary and close up but they won’t touch you 
High heels are not recommended at this event, please wear sensible footwear for entering through the scare maze
Strobe lighting will be used
Always follow the instructions given by our security members

INJURY
BTID Events will not accept any liability for personal or property damages / losses (including confiscations or surrendered items) or any injuries sustained other than those caused as a result of our negligence
